This is for a quick sweep and mop (if needed) and then buff or burnish of vct flooring.

Cost is minimum price for job. Price may vary depending on Square Footage.

This service is available at a price of approx. 5-20 cents per square foot depending on condition of floor and cleanliness of building.

Moving furniture and equipment for this service is typically optional and up to the clients discretion.

Customer can provide chemicals themselves or be invoiced for them by us at a 10% markup on chemicals.
Please make sure you let us know how you want chemicals handled prior to service date!

Most stores can easily be service during open hours at any point in the day. Our staff is very professional about staying out of the way and be almost ghost like.

We also use quieter electric burnishers versus the very loud propane ones that most people are use to.

Any buff/burnish service that needs to be scheduled after hours will require a $50 surcharge.
Usually Scrub and Recoats or Strip and Wax services are performed after closing at night and this buff/burnish service is done during open hours.

Accommodations can be made to service either at opening or right before closing if circumstances require it.
