This is for a scrub and rinse and wax/finish re-coating of vct flooring.

Cost is minimum price for job. Price may vary depending on Square Footage.

This service is available at a price of approx. 10-25 cents per square foot depending on condition of floor and cleanliness of building.

furniture or equipment must be moved prior and per-arranged before service team arrives.
Exceptions can be made to this if material is difficult to move. 
ie, several stores split service into 2 nights and we move things from one side to the other, etc...

Customer can provide chemicals themselves or be invoiced for them by us at a 10% markup on chemicals.
Please make sure you let us know how you want chemicals handled prior to service date!
